Comsen Powerheads shipping policy.

The team at Comsen Powerheads is committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible and providing a five star service. We invest a great deal of time and care to package all of our items safely for shipment. We do our best to ship quickly, but never at the expense of quality delivery.

Free ground shipping for all powerheads and purchases over $300

Delivery for Powerheads is free to anywhere in Australia and for all other purchases such as parts over $300. Orders are covered by Comsen Powerheads insurance.

Tracking

You will receive a notification by e-mail advising departure day, expected delivery date and contact details for any tracking enquiries.

Expedited Orders

Orders placed for expedited shipping may incur a service fee

Examples:

• Same day courier service delivery
• Air services shipping
• Remote shipping

Comsen do not ship to PO Boxes. All addresses should include a street, address, city, state, and postal code. If special instructions are necessary, please advise with your order.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information. If your Comsen order does not reach the shipping destination due to customer error, the shipping costs associated with returning the package and re-shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for shipping charges, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees for all international shipments. Contact us for questions about shipping outside of Australia
